Magtape Unpaid Hi,
I have an Alphera Financial account and the debit order is linked to my account, my debit order went off and I received my notification saying that it was paid.
So then I carried on with my day today and received an SMS from FNB saying payment unsucessful. There are sufficient funds in my account. FNB has returned the money back to my account but R100 less.
Please help
