Mafia Bank
So FNB decided to deduct 4800 off my cheque account for the credit card installment instead of the normal R1089 per month and NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP OR REFUND THE MONEY.... This MAFIA bank has ****** my money....

04 Nov 2022, 19:44Yet again FNB has proven to be the MAFIA BANK that they are....the FNB credit card division is the worst kind ever.... I waited the entire day for their call as they promised, only for them to call me at 16:56pm today.... 4 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE AND THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AFTER 3 SECONDS..... tried calling them back only to be met by an automated voice message that they are closed and I should call back on Monday. My money is still not refunded that THEY *******LY STOLE FROM MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND NO EXPLANATION HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED TO DATE..... all I have been met with is arrogant, uninterested and inexperienced call center agents the ENTIRE WEEK with no luck. I cannot wait to resolve this issue so I can LEAVE THIS *****ED, *********** AND ******* BANK CALLED FNB.... SO DISAPPOINTED 👿
