Made a withdrawal but didn't get the money

I went to withdraw money at FNB ATM in Westonaria and the withdrawal didn't happen and I got a slip saying WE CANNOT COMPLETE YOU TRANSACTION VISIT ANOTHER ATM OR YOUR NEAREST BRANCH FOR ASSISTANCE. I immediately went to the next ATM only to find out my card doesn't have money anymore. The cash I wanted is not there anymore. I am so ****ed off cause I needed the money urgently and I was hoping I would get a reversal but no. I WANT MY MONEY.
