Machine susppended without notice

My business card machine was suspended without notice on 27/08. Called in for assistance. Was told that the ***** department suspended the unit. Submitted required documents. Told to speak to the ***** department to release the hold. Was on hold for over an hour to try and get a hold of someone in the department. No answer. Tried over 3 days! Incredibly poor service!
