Mac and Things *****ulent transactions

How does a bank call and give you such a lame response that I authorised a payment of over 2000😤 deducted after 4 months of my purchase! why was this transaction not reversed from the get go since they claiming that only now they are getting their money back. You cannot tell me that money has been on pending since last year September only now they are taking their money back? FNB I'm not going to accept that explanation! A transaction was done on the 03/02/2025 and money was deducted on the 07/02/2025 who authorized that transaction? Since I didn't get a notification of that transaction? Can Ombudsman for Banking Services please assist us on this matter, cause the people from FNB ***** Investigations are arrogant and dismissive of our complaints!
