Mac and things froud

It is,very scary that FNB has no security, OTP or other protection for their clients! My account went through froud on 9th Feb Without any notification, OTP generation or ect By a **** call MAC AND THINGS ,that I never authorized them . When I call FNB they pretend they are not aware of it and it's my fault! For money reversal they have to investigate??? But I am not the only victim to this status. And they know it . I was told to cancel my card to a new one And they going to charge me for that however it's totally their fault not protecting my account. Very disappointed and going to change my bank after 8 years .
