Mac and things FNB

Mac and things deduction from my fnb account... no fnb... we had a good relationship and you just ****ed it up. What the hell is Mac and things. How can you say it is Shein from last year and then deduct it now in February from my account. When u purchase online you have to authorise the amount? I did... so what happened to that money FNB in September. How did Shein send me my package and I paid buffalo taxes also. But you FNB deducted an amount now in February and is telling me it is from Shein... How fnb... how did this happen... please explain because you are going to loose alot of customers. I can tell you that now
