*****. MAC AND THINGS

Woke up this morning to a *****ulent transaction on my account MAC AND THINGS. This happened in the early hours of the morning while I’m asleep. I blocked both my cards on the app and then did some research on this thing. What I can’t fathom is that when purchasing something online you have to verify the purchase. How is it that this amount didn’t do that. I’m down almost 3000 cause obviously the purchase included charges too. With the research I’ve done I found the exact complaints on here and I thought I’d share mine and it’s sad to see how our money that we worked hard for can’t even get kept safe by a bank of this stature. I have been with fnb for most of my life and not only have my account been compromised. I have been waiting on a response from the loan team
