I would like to commend Ms M. Kgomare from Client Switching Services at FNB for her excellent client service.

Ms Kgomare consistently goes the extra mile to follow up on customer needs and, importantly, takes the time to understand what is actually appropriate for the client. Her assistance in helping clients access suitable credit facilities and banking options, while also considering the costs involved, is particularly commendable.

What stands out is her willingness to follow matters through rather than simply providing an initial response. She is proactive, attentive and genuinely focused on finding solutions that work for the customer.

This level of personal attention and commitment makes a real difference to the client experience. Ms Kgomare is a great ambassador for FNB, and her service deserves recognition.
