Lynne You are Star!!

What started as a terrible experience with FNB was turned around into the best customer interaction I have experienced in a while, I had a few frustrations regarding FNBs recent FICA changes. The whole experience has left me wanting to switch to another bank. Yesterday I was assisted by Lynne. I was the last client she saw before the bank closed. She assisted with a smile. She had knowledge and positive energy throughout the process. I left a happy customer. FNB Eastgate Malls Lynne is a superstar!!!! I am grateful
