Lynette, my private banker, has demonstrated amazing pride and dedication to uphold FNB's ''How can we help'' slogan during the month of December 2019 when I was in back home. She has certainly worked diligently to ensure that my debit and credit cards were replaced before I had to leave SA during early January 2020. In fact, she was excellent in clearly outlining the steps needed to resolve my problem in the simplest way possible and excels in redefining customer service processes to meet the ever-changing needs of her customers- well in my case she certainly did! I am sure that she has been serving all her clients in this warm and friendly way-thanks Lynette
