Lying about what they can provide

I went into FNB on the 26th of May 2015, i sat with a consultant to open a gold cheque account, while sitting with the consultant i was informed FNB would handle all debit order switches on my behalf. This is when the problems started, thabasile informed that the debit order would go off on the 1st of July 2015. On the1st of July my debit order bounced, and the same happened on August 1st 2015. On the 4th i was sick of this and did the debit switch myself. So to get clarity on the whole situation i went into the Northgate FNB Branch on the 18th August and sat with the Branch Manager-Llewelyn ( i forget the surname)-Llewelyn treated me like absolute filth, interrupting me as i spoke and 99% of the time could not look me in the eye. I was promised a service that i never received and have been penalised twice for their incompetence. Llewelyn gave me a bunch of dates stating they had corresponded with Discovery Health and Discovery Health got back to FNB stating the switch had been doneon the 16th of July 2015. i phoned discovery and they stated ( i have the email to prove it) that no bank is allowed to do a medical aid debit order switch, meaning FNB is lying about what thy offer.
