Lydenburg branch

FNB maybe you must have a look at what is going on at the Lydenburg branch. We went in there was 5 customers in total, we had no idea where to sit what to wait for, I tried to ask 1 lady working, who walked past, where we can go, but her response was that she is busy and can’t help ( not even just advising us on where to wait or what to wait for) the second employee we asked, mumbled something we could not here without looking up and then ignore us further. Why is service acceptable?
