Luvuyo Peter and FnB Service is utterly disappointing and shocking

I don’t know how many times I have called FnB to speak to an agent about my account and after the long voice prompt I get cut off when asking to speak to an agent. When I try again and do get an agent they transfer me to another number because they don’t deal with my matter and I get cut off. Apparently I have a private banker Luvuyo Peter whom I have never spoken to and never ever has he returned my emails and on his signature his number is of the call centre. What a disappointing experience with FnB every time you contact them.
