Lusantha(!@#$*) at FNB Worst bank ever!!!!!x

1.Your employee at the phoenix plaza fnb branch Lusantha Naidoo or what ever her surname is should be put back into training or lose her job completely I hate to sound nasty but coming from a manager from a FSP this is not customer service or service at all I walked into the bank around 1pm thursday the 9th jan and kind man passed me over to this" thing" Lusantha Naidoo which was sickening to my stomach with an attitude as if shes my customer and I the term unprofessional doesn't do her justice. How did she even get employed,because you have to have a brain to be employed especially by a bank so there should be an investigation with recruiting aswell. SHAMEFUL DISRESPECTFUL CREEP. I promise to take my banking elsewhere and whoever's I know who banks with you . You've gotten a bad review that I hope to see blow up.
