Loyalty means nothing

There slogan ask how can we help you when it doesn't help you in any way in fact they putting there clients further in financial difficulties than anything else... So I have been unemployed since December and I contacted the bank via the call center to ask them to stop my debt orders from going off and then they advised that I can do it on the app when I tried that it said that my device needs to be verified then I went to the bank itself then they told me I can do it online because they charge R75 to per debt order if they should stop it... I have been a member of this bank for years I have 3 of there services they offer and I am communicating to them but they can't seem to help me in any way because now that I am not working I am no good to them I have been paying the fnb policies for years and now I will loose all the money I have been paying for years just want all to know that no matter how loyal you've been it means nothing to these places or businesses and what else they threatened me with collection service because my account is in areas which means if I get a job they will first debit the overdrawn account and then the debts which means how much will I have left of my wages anyway thanks for that
