Loyalty means nothing

I've been an client at FNB for 10 years. My car, house, credit everything is with them. Now my car is sitting in a back yard since Oct. Needs an engine replacement. Asked for a loan. No go. Yet i still pay my monthly payments like a good little boy. Credit score is soaring high. Even on the app it says i got this. But you..... you guys don't even want to help your clients in their dire need. All the other banks are willing to lend me the money. But if i decide to go that route: my relationship with FNB will end at the same time
