Loyalty gets you nowhere!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years with fnb, I wanted to get a credit card and they want to charge me initiation fees, really ? The interest rate is ridiculous considering what a good credit profile I have... now I need to go with another bank to get a better rate. Absolutely pathetic
