Loyalty doesn't matter to FNB

For the past 6 months I've been sent from pillar to post at FNB trying to get my risk profile lowered. It's as if no cares to assist or they just don't know what to do. I've been 3 branches trying to sort this out, I've exhausted the online chat that doesn't help. Six months dow. The line I'm nowhere closer to having this issue resolved. I've been a client of FNB for over 20 years and this is the return I get for loyalty.
