Loyal Customer Not Impressed!!!!
I am a loyal customer, but after being able to download my statements and import them into my customized sheets to reconcile my statements and now due to them being secured and me not having the ability to unsecure them, I am not impressed with FNB. They are my statements and when I logon securely to download them, I am entitled to use them as I require.

I have been contacted by a representative of FNB, but the issue could not be resolved. The person was requested to contact me back. However that has not yet taken place.
Can you please escalate so that the issue can be resolved.
