Lowering of Personal Credit Score via Experian by FNB

I am so disappointed with fnb. I have always highly recommended them and considered them as I have many Accounts with FNB [Chq, Savings, Temp Loan, Personal Loan, E-bucks, 30 Days, Law on call, etc]. FNB had lowered my reputation by lowering my Credit Score terribly & miserably. My Credit Score show a numerous reputation of declination at lowering my Credit score. Experian says only FNB can clear these De-merits against my Credit Profile. Very disappointing. This is forcing me to move all my Wife's + Children + Family & My accounts out of FNB. PLEASE resolve this issue ASAP. Don't drop the reputation of a Strong Bank like this.
