Lowering of Client's Merits against Credit Score

Lowering of Client's Merits: Having many accounts [Chq, Savings, Funeral, E-bucks, 32days Notice, Personal Loan, etc] with FNB Bank is of non-appreciative as FNB has many demits against my name and status. This is lowering my chances of application to a vehicle Finance or another Personal Loan. House bond taken of R354500.00 over 20yrs but paid off in 2022 before close of date. Temp Loan taken in June 2023, paid off but sits under my Credit Bureau as un-paid. I had called the staff of FNB and they seem illiterate misunderstanding my queries and request.
