Lower the risk on my profile

I had a residual account which had put my profile on risk. The account has been settled now and closed - please remove the risk on my profile. I cannot even open a bank account with FNB or take an insurance product. I cannot get hold of the risk department to resolve this. I cannot even get hold of the risk department hence i am resorting to hellopeter Please assist.
