Lower interst rate on loans

To whom it concerns<br> <br> I just want to complaint about FNB.I called the call centre to asked for decrease in my interst rate for my personal loan they told me they can help me. I explain to them that Im struggling to keep up , because I moved to new department. I can show them proof as my salary slip will show.I asked then to combine my two loans to one . The consultant then said yes they can help but I have to speak to another department. I dont understand this all FNB, but I gave to phone the other department. Why did she not just transfer my call to the other department.I got many accounts at FNB and to think that they can help me with something small.How can we help you is not meaning anything.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Nolan<br> <br>
