LOUSY SERVICE FROM FIRST NASTIONAL BANK

i have app**** and was granted an extension on my payment holiday until 1 November... now the drama starts when i tried to get them to reverse my debit orders for the month of august???

I'm being send from pillar to post... I've been told it takes 48 hours TO REVERSE MY FUNDS!!!!!!!!!... well its five (5) days later... NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

After I've been in contact with them every day for the last week and then insuring that the matter is being dealt with... i got an email asking me how can they assist me this morning??... im at my wits end... this is not the first time I've experienced such appalling service from this institute....

they should change their slogan to "how may we NOT help you"?

they are useless...
