Lousy service!

I emailed a complaint to FNB 6 weeks ago regarding arrears reflecting erroneously on my Experian credit report. I received a request from Zubeida Khan on the same day to send them a copy of my credit report. I emailed it the next day and heard nothing since then. Unfortunately, my last email which I sent last week has not been responded to. Really disappointed with this service.
