Lousy partnership with PayPal

Stop this PayPal partnership cause it's not working, my account suddenly needs to be linked again. I did this in January, when trying to withdraw I need a f**ING computer, when I finally get access my account now needs to be linked and it can't be completed in branch. This is ****en frustrating, if I lose my funds I expect FnB and PayPal to reimburse me. Don't even call me to tell me you can't help me!!
