Lousy delivery service

Having had my purse ****** on Tuesday, I immediately reported the loss and cancelled my cards and then went to my branch to order replacements. I was contacted on Thursday by "Mr. D" to arrange delivery of the replacement cards - for some time before 5p.m. on Friday. I received no fewer than 3 SMS's confirming this and giving me a reference number. Well, I waited at home ALL DAY and received NO DELIVERY! I went into the branch on Saturday and they could not help me as that division does not work on a Saturday. This morning I phoned the contact number given and was told that my cards couldn't be delivered because they had been sent to the wrong Mr. D branch (in Fordsburg). They can re-arrange delivery now and will let me know when they can deliver. I have now arranged for delivery to take place to the branch tomorrow? Will this happen? Who knows??? All my other cards have been replaced (yes even another bank) while I waited. What's wrong with FNB??? Why do they use Mr. Delivery to deliver credit cards??? Ludicrous!!!
