Louis Trichardt FNB Branch Manager so unprofessional

Hi I'm Rani Naidoo a resident Of Louis Trichardt I was faced with a humiliating ordeal with the Branch Manager Of FNB Louis Trichardt Mr Joshua Minyuku on Saturday 30/05/2020....on arrival at the bank I found Mr Minyuku at the door so I approached him greeted him but Mr Minyuku just greeted me looked over my head and carried on speaking to other people around me...he simply ignored me although he could see that I wanted to speak to him....anyway a consultant came to the door to help me but he refused the consultant to help me so I stood in the queue...when I eventually got into the bank I was being assisted by a consultant Mr Thabiso....Mr Minuyuku came to the consultants desk and told him To hurry assisting me because it was Saturday and he spoke very arrogantly to the consultant...it was very unprofessional in the manner in which he spoke to Thabiso....I being a client felt very bad for Thabiso...Thabiso was so embarrassed by the way he was spoken to by Mr Minyuku...anyway while I was still busy with Thabiso i got a call that was an emergency so i had to.leave the bank immediately but i did tell Thabiso that i will be back...when I got back.to the bank the door was closed so I called Thabiso on his mobile to tell.him that I'm at the door but the door is closed so he came to the door n opened for me Mr Minyuku then walked in behind me yelling at Thabiso in his mother tongue which I didnt understand he was shouting in the presents of other clients.who were still.busy inside the bank...when I asked Thabiso what was Mr Minuyuku saying he said that I must get out of the bank I was not allowed to come in..i then tried to explain that i was there but had to leave for an emergency he just said to.me that I should stay out of it because he was not speaking to.me...so I just left the bunk with my stuff unattended to...it was so bad because the other people inside the bank just turned and looked at Thabiso and I it was very embarrassing...that man for a Branch Manager is so unprofessional for his title in the bank...I hope to get results from this embarrassing situation that Thabiso and I have faced
