Lost pre-approved offer thanks to your horrible app. 10 years of the same issue

Your app effing sucks. Your customer support effing sucks. I've used FNB for over 10 years. I recently lost a pre-approved credit offer with a good interest rate. I clicked accept, NOTHING HAPPENED. I have had this bug for over 10 years your app sucks.

The pre-approved offer was removed, and submitted as "incomplete". I messaged support the same day and your low IQ employees told me to "wait 2-3 business days". Multiple people told me this. I waited 4 days to be told "oh it's incomplete. Manually resubmit". An absolute joke.

I was pre-approved for an increase to R90,000 at 19.5% I have a screenshot of the offer which has now disappeared.
