Lost payment

Payment was made via a speedpoint on the 25 Feb 2021. Money has been taken off my account, however the recipient insists that they HAVE NOT received any money in their account and are expecting me to pay again. Money went off my account... they haven't received payment. Wheres the money ? Any assistance would be appreciated in tracking the 'lost' payment.
