Lost out of words and actions.

I honestly don't know what to do or say anymore, I have been through all your departments 10ths of branches they probably even know my name as when I approach the managers run in the back office.

I am still not assisted in receiving my closed up letter for all my accounts with FNB, I am dealing with critical issues that are personal and most are costing me including my career as I am stuck with a closed debt that you dont want to release documents for. This is saddening it looks as if one is crazy always typing here, visiting your branches spendiing hours, explaining oneself, on calls using my own airtime, but imagine losing a family member because your savings are finished and obtaining credit is stuck from 1 letter (FNB credit card) of which after receiving all letters from 4 major banks and credit providers hassle free like a walk in the park.

There has been so many complaints about FNB I am npt sure weather we should play tribalism, racial or class level card.

I am embarrassed to have even convinced acquaintance to join fnb because its the biggest lie.
