Lost of income due to FNB error

FNB Florida road branch miss-spelled the company name of my business and as a result i have lost income from a contract with NSFAS due to banking verification failure - please address urgently. The company name is THE MULTI-BUSINESS SHARE TRUST, it is not THE MUTLI-BUSINESS SHARE TRUST.
