Lost Money and I am Disappointed by my bank which i have been a loyal customer for over 13 years

I bought an I-phone charger via FNB E-bucks partner shop, I was Debited R1098 and then two months later, I was charged another R1171 for the same charger, When i am following up with FNB i am told that the Budget facility system cannot be reversed to get my refund? I need my money back and then i will close my account after because i am not sure how many other systems they have that will ***** from customers.
