Lost funds and no customer service at all

You customer service agent Laila Asmal has put me on hold for 30 minutes to apparently query something with another agent,I am now on a call with an agent who is pretending not to hear me and there has been complete silence on the call for 20 mins and if that's not aggravating enough nobody can tell me where the hell my money is.Your service is disgusting.
