Lost funds

I made a payment on the app the receiver did not get the funds from 27 till today I called and did secure chat with fnb nothing helped, no feedback nothing I was told I must wait 48 hours I don't know how many 48 hours I must wait, the consultants says they can see the money but can't trace I did missing payment option no help no feedback this is the 2nd time loosing money through fnb and no trace .
