Lost for words

I have 3 debit orders that was supposed to be deducted on the 27. However FNB rejected them saying I have insufficient fund. How can I have no funds on pay day???

They went on and penalized me R110 for each debit order, the penalties were later reversed but my debit orders remain unpaid.
