Lost faith in the system

Poor service. No support or financial guidance. Loans money left right and center without doing proper credit checks . This constitutes wreckless lending. The worst part is , I as acount holder didn't even make these loans. I have tried for months to resolve this or come to some agreement BUT not one private banker bothered. One even suggested our dealings were concluded. I have reported to the Ombudsman. Perhaps fnb would answer my questions throuhh then.
