Lost Documentation

i previously had an Edgars Home Loan that was taken over by FNB Home Loans. In October 2015 i notified them that i will be selling my house. in the beginning of January 2016 they discovered that my bond document has gone missing, after i have sent several emails & have been sent from pillar to post between the attorneys & FNB, they have still been unable to locate the missing documentation.<br> <br> The cancellation attorneys then requested a copy of the bond and only on 01/02/2016 has the attorneys requested a copy of the bond at the Deeds Office, after i have been constantly following up on the matter. in the meantime, i lost a potential rental house, and i have a buyer for my home who is due to move in on 15/02/2016 and i am nowhere close to a solution and answers from FNB.<br> <br> I have been corresponding with Fathima Adam who is still unable to provide me with answers and i feel that it is poor service and an utter disappointment from FNB as they are such an established and \respected\" bank."
