Lost docs by FNB holds up lodging process

I am selling my house and for 2 months now, FNB has not been able to locate \2 missing bonds"over the property. The other 2 attorneys are ready to lodge already and we now wait for FNB to produce these lost documents which FNB has clearly misplaced. FNB is apparently not even responding to the many emails sent to them by their appointed bond cancellation attorney in this regard. This is not acceptable FNB and a solution to this problem is long overdue. Let me remind you that this problem of \""missing bonds\"" is from your side (no fault of mine whatsoever) and I now want urgent answers as to what you are going to do about this so that you can inform your appointed bond cancellation attorneys that they may proceed to lodge.<br> """
