Lost Credit Card

Good day, CAS ********** -X5R1Z0 CRM: ********** ********** 4 and CRM: ********** ********** 7

It appears the escalation requested was unsuccessful, are there any option remaining or should I be looking for another Banking Service provider?

I have been with FNB for 25 years and have never had such terrible service, this truly is disappointing. What is even more frightening is that the credit card was not delivered, it is out there somewhere just waiting to fall into the wrong hands. What if there were ********** activities occurring on the account? Would it still take 3 months to figure where the card is?

Seeing as my multiple emails have been pointless, I will be taking this glorious example of lost credit cards to social media.

Thank you for nothing,

Thank you for your response, I would like to add the following, I should not be paying for account fees on the credit card as there was no card or active account after the amount outstanding was settled in Mar 2018.
