lost a great deal on a home and will be in the streets

Thank you FNB for costing me a) a bargain deal on my first home and b) having me and my family living in the street.

My current rental agreement ends at the end of the month. This was not a problim as I was planning on buying my first home this month anyway.

So in March I took out a personal loan with FNB as I know that a person requires a credit history to for a decent credit score. You approved the loan and a ******* interest rate but considering the long term plan I accepted this. I have since been paying this loan on time. When November came I found a bargain on a home that I could afford and so app**** for a home Loan. Just to be turned down by everyone, investigations into this resulted in me finding out that you had last updated my ITC reorts in June of this year. I logged disputes with the credit beuraus and every one of them has come back with the same reply, YOU FNB REFUSE to update my payment history, thus dragging out the time it will take to rectify my scores. This has already cost me the house and now even finding an appartment to rent is impossible as I am unable to get a loan for the deposite all because of my credit score. So basically I accepted the loan for nothing more than to make you richer.

So come January and you all nice and comfy in your homes know that there is a family with a 7 year old girl living in the street, not because they not employed, not because they are credit defaulters, not because they cant afford a place, but BECAUSE OF YOU,

your the reason I did not get the homeloan

your the reason I can not get a loan

your the people who can even given an answer why my ITC reports are 5 months in arreas when they supposed to be updated monthly (as claimed by you)

You are the ones who refuse to answer my complaints or make any effort to sort this out.

I hope your proud of your achievement and have a very merry Christmas.

Yes I got a very helpful phone call from your loans department, NOT

The useless waste of time that contacted me and wasted my time requested that I supply him with copies of my credit reports as proof that you had not been updating the system, but I am still waiting on him to supply me his email address as he said he would, that was over 2h hours ago.

Clearly you trying very hard NOT to reslove this issue with the utmost urgancy, but to keep on making my life a living hell. 01 Jan is almost apon us and till such time as this matter is resolved I cant even try find accomodation for my family.

Tell me is FNB going to pay for our accomadation if we land up in the streets due to this ***** up on your part?
