Lost 800 rands from maponya mall fnb atm

I was doing cash deposit in to my account, where the assistant sanitize the atm before i use it, he directed me to the atm, i deposited money, the slip came out and said he deposit was unsuccessful, but it didn't take out my money, i called him, he told me, i must go inside but now is pass eleven they won't allow me inside, I phoned the emergency number, the lady told me i must visit the branch on Monday there is nothing she can do or I must ask for branch manager, the guy i went to him to ask for a Branch manager, he walked away from me to inside the bank, I'm very disappointed i just opened and account with them, please someone help me
