Loss for words

So today I would like to express my amazement with FNB. I have no words. For some reason, my debits declined, and I was not sure why. So I decided to check my banking app and was left in shock. FNB charged me, for the month of April, R775 in fees. My normal monthly bank account fee is R109, i understand I drew money from another ATM, which cost about R30. So here is the breakdown; 28/04 - R110 Item Unpaid 28/04 - R110 item unpaid Then - R331 account fee (what is this?) 30/04 - R110 Item unpaid 02/05 - R110 Item Unpaid

I always had money in my account. Why would I do shopping without money. Why dont they debit my account when I make purchases, why these ludicrous fees for nothing? Please give me my money back.
