losing my FNB account due to COVID.

I lost my Job in May 2020 Due to Covid and started working for unreliable contracts, since working for this contract jobs I wasn't earning a stable salary and opted to use an alternative bank so that with little I get I could provide for my family, I'm a breadwinner of a family of 3 children age 7, 6, and 3, and unemployed wife. My father passed away last year June, due to COVID and he was a Breadwinner (Pensioner, on early retirement due to disability) of my 4 siblings and my Mother (all my siblings and my mother unemployed) and since the passing of my father, I had to provide for my family and His family. and in these difficult times I fell behind with all my accounts, last month I was blessed with a Job in Government, and I was so excited that finally I will be able to recover in life, and the first thing that came to my mind was to recover my relationship with FNB since my account was frozen, and I only found out when I went to the branch to fill in my bank confirmation so that my salary can be deposited into my FNB account, to my surprise, the "Banker" Suggested that I leave FNB because FNB is going to take all my salary and pay the debt I have with it, I called FNB risk management so many times, and I was tossed to and fro, nobody willing to help me. I went to an alternative bank as was suggested by the banker, and this move is really killing my life. FNB has been my number one bank since dawn, I want to repay my debt, but nobody is willing to help me, I want to revive my life, and I want my FNB account revived, Can somebody help a South African Child, Please.
