Losing money and business because of FNB connect!

On the 21 of November 2016 a FNB consultant called me to tell me about the FNB connect simply card.
The lady on the phone told me all about it and I was interested and really thought it might help my current situation with bad reception on cellC, so she told me that the sim card will be delivered to my house in 3 to 4 working days and that my current number I have will be carried over so I can keep it. I am a tattoo artist and rely on my phone number to be constant to have a steady client Base. I told the lady on the phone how important it is that my number stays the same.

It is now 15 days later and I have had no sim card because on Sunday the 28th November 2016 my CellC sim card stopped working and the FNB card that was delivered to me was not activated yet. So I figured give it 24 hours and it will be active and no such luck. I spend over R250 on air time on my Girl Friends phone trying to call FNB to get it sorted and to find out why but no such luck.

It is now the 5th of December 2016 and I went into the FNB bank for the 3rd time and spoke to the lady and told her my story, she called the FNB connect customer care and they told me that I had 2 sim cards with them, so one has my orginal number and the one I have is a new number. so I told her well I never asked for 2 and I only got one so now what? she told me it will take 3 to 4 workings days to cancel my one sim card and then port my old number to the sim card I have currently with the new number. I am leaving for holiday in 3 days which means not only have you ruined my bookings as I not cannot eft my deposits because I cannot get an otp, and have had no communication with clients for 18 days now, I can not do any Internet banking because I can't use my OTP therefore I can't get any sms's and all FNB can offer me is a refund of R38 for the FNB sim card! this is ridiculous, upon calling them this morning Thursday 8th of December 2016 4 working days later as no one has yet contacted me I have been told that my fnb connect sim card has been cancelled and I now have to go into cell c in order to have my old sim card reconnected which again is going to cost me more money I am highly upset and unsatisfield with fnb and the manner in which this has been handled not only having to take off work losing money but also wasting my time. Fnb undertakes to ensure you are satisfed with their service and to keep you updated on the progress of any application, request or query however I am disgusted with your service even though I have lodged a complaint with fnb already and I have been the one having run around, call, and find out from you what is happening. for this neglect as a fnb customer I highly hope that I will be reimbursed what I have lost and have had to go through with fnb!
