Losing faith in FNB

I've been with FNB for a couple of years now and everything went well initially and I have promoted the bank to everyone I know because of it but the last couple of months has left me doubtful about the fact that FNB is worth it anymore.

My first problematic experience was with my home loan that I decided to do through FNB (since I bank with them) because of the benefits I was informed about. Like 50% of my bill with the bank appointed attorneys would be paid which later turned into some hiccup along the way and that my bond doesn't qualify for this benefit and after numerous emails back and forth, the matter was resolved where I have also now ended up with extra attorney fees as a result of the bank's 'stories'.

Secondly, I have had issues concerning my ebucks rewards program which the first time around, I wasn't allocated any ebucks to which I had to call the ebucks department and resolve this issue from my side as it has to be escalated for something as simple as ebucks employees needing to verify that I have an account with FNB (which I have had for more than 5 years).

My second ebucks issue came to light today, AGAIN because apparently I don't have a qualifying bank account with FNB and I had to call the bank again to resolve this issue.

I'm starting to get really irritated with the fact that I am losing faith in the people I trust with my money because it is costing me time and money to resolve issues that shouldn't be issues in the first place.

If things do not start to improve as far as reliability goes, I will have no choice but to move away from FNB. I don't have the time- and I am not prepared to spend the money to do your work for you.

I am over it.
