Loreanne is a Super Gem

After countless calls to FNB and Driving to the branch I finally gave up and this morning I made 1 phone call at 8am to the FNB call centre and this wonderful Lady Loreanne Brighton was on the other side, she was super efficient and was precise and sorted out all my issues at a go---FNB is lucky to have a person of her caliber--she is true gem an represents what every service provider should be doing to all consumers---she deserves a medal---
