Loosing Money I don't have at FNB

So I logged a complaint with FNB on the 25th of Feb where there was an Unauthorized debit on my account on the 15th and FNB penelised me because there were no funds and they deducted R105 on my Account. I called them to say please stop the Debit Order and reverse the fee you deducted and still no help on the 4th of March. When I called back I'm moved from Department to Department to an extent that I'm still not helped.

I cannot even stop the debit order on my App since it doesn't appear on "My Debit Order"

Now I fear that If they stop the debit order I'll also be charged. so basically at the end of the day I'm loosing money I do not have.

There is another Deboit Order I want to cancel but Im hopeless since I'm strugging with this one.
