Loosing hope in my bank

Ive had temp loans with my bank however they havent been closed, i checked my credit profile and these paid up temp loans have been active since and not closed.

I requested a chat and i was advised to state the dates these temps were taken however i cant because they are very old, i was able to assist with the amounts and i was advised i will receive an email but nothing thus far.

according to my knowledge, my bank is supposed to close any paid up loan as this is negatively affecting my credit profile.

and the chats consultants are not so keen to assist.
